Conference Fees

Early registration is possible until June 30, 2015. Online registration is open until the end of August 2015. As of September 1 only on-site payment for all items is possible, cash-only in Euro. No refunding in case of cancellations.

1-3 include: admittance to all sessions, reception day, refreshments and snacks during the conference, invitation to the Mayor's Office, a goody bag, conference material, conference info book (electronically on a pen drive), wireless internet access, Springer proceedings volume (except PhD students who may purchase them at a reduced rate).

4 includes: admittance to all sessions, reception day, refreshments and snacks during the conference, invitation to the Mayor's Office, wireless internet access, option to purchase a Springer proceedings volume at a reduced rate.

5 includes: free entrance to the reception day, invitation to the Mayor's Office.

NOTE:

1: You can apply for a membership in order to receive a reduced member fee here. GOR full membership for the year 2015: EURO 100-,. GOR student membership for the year 2015: EURO 20-,.We may also refer to the link above to see the advantages of a membership.

2-4: The membership will be checked after the registration, except for PhD students.

1-5: Please note that you have to register for all social events seperately. Only in this way we can estimate the approximate number of participants.
