Conference Desk 

At the conference desk you'll find the registration and the general information. You can pick up your conference materials, on-site registration is also available. It is located in the main aula right after the main entrance of the unviersity.

Emergency Numbers

The main building of the university is open Mon-Fri 06:00-22:00 and Sat 07:00-19:30. Sunday is generally closed.

Luggage Deposit

Luggage deposit and retrieval is possible at the conference desk during opening hours ONLY (not overnight). We do not take over any liability for loss of valuables and/or damage.

Business Center

For the duration of the conference, we've set up a Business Center which offers services for printing, copying and faxing for a small fee (cash only). It is located on the 1st floor, just around the corner of the coffee break area (see floor plans).

Internet 

The University of Vienna provides access the eduroam network in all lecture rooms and on most of the corridors.

Participants get a personalized WLAN (WiFi) voucher as part of their confernce/registration material - including instructions on how to set up and use WLAN.

Direct access to the eduroam network is possible. If you already have an existing account, you can log in with it. Please check the website of the university's IT services (ZID) for technical support/configuration with eduroam.

There are two terminals for internet access available in the coffee break area on each side of the ceremonial chamber.
